Annual Verification Registration for current students must be completed for the 2023-2024 school year.
You must have Infinite Campus Parent Portal access to complete Annual Verification Registration. If you have not registered, for parent portal, an email was sent to parents with a username and password. The emails were sent in the month of February. Please check your emails.
ALL STUDENTS Must complete the Annual Verification Registration for 2023-2024 school year. Students who do not complete Annual Verification Registration may be withdrawn from the school’s record.
TO COMPLETE ANNUAL VERIFICATION
Annual Verification requires a valid government issued parent/guardian ID and a current proof of residence in the parent's/guardian's name. The proof of residence document must be ONE of the following:
- Mortgage/Tax Assessment
- Lease
- Electric Bill
- Gas Bill
- Water Bill
Parent/Guardian ID should be attached to the Annual Verification in the Student Tab, in the Parent/Guardian section.
Residential Affidavit
If you live with someone and none of the items above are in your name, a Residential Affidavit must be completed.
Please be sure to follow the steps in the form to ensure an expedited process!
