Georgia Coaches Hall of Fame Induction

Columbia Family,

As I reflect on my years at Columbia, I’ve always felt a deep sense of community — a place where iron sharpens iron, and where we uplift, challenge, and grow together. Thank you to the incredible athletic department, faculty, staff, and my work friends for the warm wishes, thoughtful gifts, and beautiful flowers in celebration of my induction into the 2nd class of the Georgia Coaches Hall of Fame. I’m honored and humbled by this recognition among the Giants in this game!

Women Coaches are changing the Game!
                                                                                                                             (excerpt from my speech)
We lead with heart, strategy, and purpose—proving that leadership isn’t about gender, it’s about impact and inspiration.
Like Women’s basketball, pink is powerful. It’s a symbol of courage, unity, and boldness. It’s not soft—it’s fearless. Just like us.
This game is bigger than wins. It’s about breaking barriers, shifting culture, and showing the world we belong—in every arena, on every sideline, and in every role.
So, whether you wear heels or sneakers, pink or team colors, Blazers or Warmups —keep leadingkeep showing up, and keep being unapologetically YOU.
And most importantly—keep being cute while coaching/leading. Because success? It looks really good on you. ??
