Note: Required for all graduating seniors.

o   All signatures on the form must be signed and returned to the Counseling Center by Friday, May 5th to receive their diploma.

o   All outstanding balances (i.e., Chromebook, textbooks, library books must be paid prior to May 5, 2024, or before diploma pick up).
